Stéphane’s is pleased to introduce Patrick Keenan our General Manager. A Philadelphia native, Patrick found his passion for fine food working at his neighborhood Italian butcher shop and deli. His love of genuine hospitality and quality food led him to pursue his Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Pennsylvania State University. Patrick also attended culinary school at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. Previously, Patrick distinguished himself as a manager for the Hillstone Restaurant Group at locations in California, New York and Miami.
